Overview
When training becomes real support
Caregiver Academy was founded to support those who care for a vulnerable person on a daily basis, offering clear, practical, and safe training. It is an innovative project in Rome, dedicated exclusively to the training of caregivers and family members, with the goal of making home care more informed, effective, and stress-free. The mission is to transform the caregiving experience into a structured journey, where caregivers can acquire concrete skills and feel less alone when facing the daily challenges of caregiving.
Problem
How to sell courses to those who fear digital?
The website needed to function both as a showcase for each course and as a sales platform for both in-person and online courses. The biggest challenge was the target audience: people who were often digitally inexperienced and required a clear and reassuring web experience. It was a delicate balance to strike: too much interactivity or complex animations risked confusing or alienating users, while an overly traditional approach would fail to convey the project's innovative nature. A design that inspired trust and simplicity was needed, without sacrificing a professional and contemporary presentation.
Result
Apparent complexity transformed into simplicity
Most caregiving academies remain stuck with outdated websites, unable to adapt to 2026 standards. For Caregiver Academy, I created an experience that combines contemporary design and immediate accessibility. Generous white spaces and legible typography guide users seamlessly through both online and in-person registration. The result is a site that lowers technological barriers and communicates innovation, allowing anyone to explore the training offerings and complete their purchase with peace of mind, maintaining brand identity and standing out from most competitors.
